We warrant to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase. We will make every effort to help resolve any issues that may arise, as most problems can be easily fixed by replacing a part that anyone can handle.

Minors must never operate the roller without adult supervision.

This warranty does not cover damages due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, unauthorized repairs, alterations outside our facilities, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or lack of maintenance.

We shall not be liable for any injuries to persons or property, or for incidental, contingent, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our product.

We do not recommend using our products in water or rain while plugged into electrical outlets, as this may cause permanent damage or temporary shutdown. Such damages are not covered by the warranty.

Bent axles, typically resulting from the product being dropped from the back of a vehicle, are not covered under the warranty.

Avoid using extension cords over 100 feet to prevent power loss and potential overheating. If necessary, use a high-grade extension cord.

To claim this warranty, you will need to provide proof of purchase, the date of purchase, and a detailed explanation of the issue, accompanied by photos or videos of the damage.
